Project Description
This project focused on external refurbishment and upgrade works to improve building condition and customer access. The scope included façade improvements, entrance upgrades, minor civil works, signage preparation and external finishes. Works were planned to maintain safe access to the facility throughout construction. The team managed site safety, traffic flow and contractor coordination during delivery. The completed upgrades enhanced the overall appearance and usability of the facility.
